Scoop for Illustrator CS

Installation
|
After expanding the downloaded archive (Scoop_CS_DEMO.sit)
- Place the file "Scoop_CS_DEMO" in the Illustrator CS Plug-ins folder (it's in the Illustrator Application folder).
- Launch Illustrator CS.
- Open an AI document with text and images.
- Access Scoop under the File menu.
- Easy, no?

The Scoop Dialog Box
- Collect copies of all placed, linked images.
- Extract embedded raster objects as TIFF files.
- Collect copies of only the fonts active on your system that are used in your document.
- Optionally include or exclude fonts installed with Illustrator (Application Fonts).
- Include a copy of the document with links to newly collected and extracted image files.

About the Demo Version
- All Fonts Collected in DEMO mode are disabled. They will not function.
- Placed Images can be collected only once with each launch of Illustrator.
- Raster images extracted in DEMO mode will have every third color byte set to zero. This will result in lines in the image. Don't use them for real work.

The Scoop Destination Folder
- User selects destination for Scoop folder.
- Sub-Folders for images, document fonts and fonts used in EPS files placed in layout.
- Copy of Illustrator document with “_copy” appended to the name.
